* 6 eggs
* 1 cup of sugar
* 1½ tsp salt
* 2 cups of wheat flour
* 3 big cups of ricepudding (half-boiled)
* 2 tsp of cardamom
* 1 l milk
Mix the salt, sugar and cardamom. Beat in the eggs, then the flour, the ricpudding and finally the milk. Pour the mixture into an oven-dish and bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins. The pancake should be golden-brown and compact. The pancake is served with prune jam or strawberry jam and whipped cream.
